Our Stretch&Sing sessions combine gentle yoga, breath awareness, and voice work. Becca guides mindful movement and relaxation, while Sarah supports vocal exploration through songs and harmonies. Sarah Gray

Sarah is a voice coach, singer, and workshop leader. She runs Soup & Sing, Stretch & Sing, and monthly Voice Clinics at Flow in Felton, helping participants explore voice and expression.
