Flow In Felton CIC: Creating Accessible Community Wellbeing
Flow In Felton CIC delivers accessible wellbeing experiences for the Felton and Northumberland community — from monthly retreats to allotment activities — all designed to support connection, creativity, and collective health.
Our Purpose
A Community Interest Company for Collective Wellbeing
Flow In Felton CIC was created to ensure high-quality wellbeing opportunities are accessible to everyone in our local community. We reinvest all earnings into offering low-cost sessions, fair pay for practitioners, and inclusive activities that make holistic wellbeing available to all.
Monthly Accessible Retreats
Seasonal Wellbeing Retreats for the Community
Each month we run a low-cost community retreat inspired by the seasons. Sessions often include gentle yoga, outdoor walks, creative activities, nourishing lunch, and guided wellbeing practices. Places are £40 or £20 concession, with one free space offered each month to ensure no one misses out.
Inclusive Support
Accessible Activities for Every Body
All CIC sessions are designed to remove barriers to wellbeing. We make activities affordable, provide a warm and welcoming space, and ensure every practitioner is fairly paid for their skill and time. Whether you’re seeking connection, calm, creativity, or simply a supportive day out — our CIC community events are here to hold you.
