Cancellation Policy for Flow in Felton

At Flow in Felton we understand that life happens and that you may need to cancel of reschedule your appointment. To respect the time of our practitioners and clients, we ask you to comply with our Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Notice Requirement:
Clients must give a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel of reschedule an appointment.

To cancel or reschedule appointments please call or text us on 07825575172 or use our online booking system.

Late Cancellation Fee:
Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling a session. Appointment cancellations or missed appointments within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Emergency or Sickness
Exceptions for late cancellations are made for emergencies or sickness.
