A Community Space for Wellbeing and Creativity
Felton’s Community Allotment – The Plot
Flow in Felton CIC brings wellbeing and creative workshops to The Plot, Felton’s community allotment. With yoga, music, foraging, and art activities, the space offers opportunities for learning, connection, and relaxation for people of all ages in the local community.
A Growing Space for Everyone
Community Use and Future Plans
When workshops aren’t running, The Plot is open for the local community, offering books, games, and a welcoming inside/outside space. With funding from the Feltonbury festival and the Plot committee, we’ve built new raised beds and established a Little Library. Flow in Felton CIC now runs two workshops per month, hosts weekly community meetups, and continues to provide a safe, engaging space for wellbeing, learning, and creativity for everyone in Felton and surrounding areas.
Community Roots and Growth
Growing Together at The Plot
As the CIC has grown, so have our roots. We now run additional activities from The Plot, Felton’s community allotment — supported by £100 per month of funding from The Plot Committee.
These sessions carry the same ethos as our monthly retreats: accessible and meaningful wellbeing experiences for the Felton and Northumberland community, guided by a brilliant team of local practitioners.
Engaging the Local Community
Workshops and Activities at The Plot
Since taking on The Plot, Flow in Felton CIC has run a wide range of workshops for the local community, including yoga, singing, forest school, puppet making, foraging, and music-making. Our belltent provides a waterproof, flexible space for these sessions, and local groups like Pumpkin Pie Nursery join regularly. Participants enjoy creative and wellbeing activities designed to bring people together and foster learning, reflection, and connection in a safe, inclusive environment.
